Deliveries:
Please note all residential and tailgate deliveries will incur an additional $88 fee.
All palletised deliveries will be unloaded at the nearest safe and accessible point as determined by the delivery driver. It is the customer’s responsibility to move and handle the products from the drop-off point to their final location.
Where a palletised delivery requires hand unloading, the driver will assist with unloading the items from the vehicle where reasonably possible. However, the customer is responsible for unloading, moving, and handling the products once the unloading process begins.
